|Recommended: YesGreat — It's great I wish it were cheaper although it's really pretty comparable to anything else nearby - this area is just expensive , and I really wish they allowed pets...but I guess you can't have everything, and I really have no complaints about anything else. Maintenance, the staff, and all the amenities are great
|Recommended: YesLongtime Resident-TWICE — What's it like to live in Randolph Towers Like living in a small town--in all the positive ways. You could rent a lot of places close to Metro, grocers, medical care, dry cleaners, nail salons, entertainment, with nice amenities, etc. But you'd be hard pressed to find a property with staff as professional and personable, from the maintenance crew to housekeeping to the front desk staff to leadership. They all work harmoniously to keep the place clean and beautiful, and are so responsive to any resident requests. Residents are a variety of ages and backgrounds, and for the most part friendly as well. I lived here for 10 years, bought a condo, sold it after two years and moved back to RT nearly two years ago. I learned my lesson
|Recommended: YesI enjoy the community and it is a wonderful place with great staff to help you along the way. — Living here with the staff at Randolph Towers, especially Ad and Mr. David makes you feel at home, when you're away from your true home. They provide the comfort, professionalism and care that is of upmost important to them to make sure all your needs are met and questions are answered in a timely manner. They never strive for anything short of perfection and I have felt so blessed to have had them over the past three years of leasing with Randolph Towers, I will miss them deeply during my departure and don't think I could have asked for a better place to live, learn and lease from during my three year stay while finishing my doctorate degree. The memories I have here will last me a lifetime and I am lucky to have had a great home away from home. Thank you Randolph Towers for this amazing adventure, journey and for taking care of me I will miss your smiles, laughter and most of all friendship during this time, continue being great

|Recommended: YesAn excellent place to live — When I first arrived in the DC area, just over 30 years ago, I surveyed apartment buildings for affordability, convenience, quality of service and construction and chose Randolph Towers. After being assigned overseas for a few years, when returning to the DC area in the early 1990s, I again chose Randolph Towers. And now, returning to DC in 2015, after once again surveying apartment buildings in the area, none that I looked at could beat Randolph Towers. Frankly, I was a bit surprised that after 30 years this was still the case, but it was and remains an excellent place to live.
