I wish we had discovered Randolph Towers years back. We wholeheartedly recommend your establishment to anyone looking for short or long term leasing.

The friendly personnel will attend to your every need and you will have peace of mind knowing that you have made the right decision.
|Recommended: YesSurvey for Randolph Towers — It is very nice to live here Everyone is super friendly and the building is well kept. The unit is very modernized and has a nice interior design. You cannot go wrong choosing Randolph Towers. It is also super quiet meaning you can't really hear neighbors which is nice although the construction during the week is a bit annoying but it's only temporary so no big deal.

|Recommended: YesNice updated apartments — I'm very happy with this building The apartments themselves are really nicely updated and pretty spacious. Building itself feels clean. Only major downside is no guest parking from 9am-5pm on weekdays and that guest parking passes expire at 9am have to be renewed again on weekends.

|Recommended: YesReally great apartment, with useful amenities and upgrades — I really enjoy living here, especially in comparison to some DC apartment buildings. Parking is not an issue for me, since I only have one car for the apartment, but the spots are a bit tight and it's an active effort not to scratch my car when I pull in out. The renovations are fantastic -- my apartment unit feels brand new. Great to have in-unit washer dryer. The walls are somewhat thin, though, so noise definitely travels. Luckily my neighbors are not noisy beyond a certain hour on the weekends, so it's definitely bearable. The staff at the front desk are extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this building to a friend or family member.
